Everything you need to know about ordering from Alix Avien.

How do I place an order?

Add the products you'd like to your cart.
Go to checkout and enter your contact and shipping details.
Choose a payment method and enter your payment details.
Review your cart and information, then place your order.

You can check out as a guest — an account is not required. By placing an order you agree to our Terms of Service.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. As soon as your order is placed, we'll email you an order confirmation. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. See Track Order.

I entered the wrong details. What can I do?

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@alixavien.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. If a cancellation is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method; your bank may need additional time to post it.

Is my information secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card number. To learn how we collect and use personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and returns
