Please contact us at us@alixavien.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damage (product and shipping box) and a short description. We'll review it and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
