  1. Shake the bottle before use — the formula doesn't perform fully until the two phases are mixed.
  2. Pour onto a cotton pad and hold it on the eye for 10 seconds; without rubbing, let the makeup dissolve.
  3. Wipe in one direction, don't rub back and forth: the eye area is the one most worn down by rubbing.
  4. For waterproof mascara and long-wear lipstick, repeat with a second cotton pad.
