How to apply Liquid Blusher step by step — a short 46-second walkthrough.

  2. Place two dots on the cheeks and cheekbones; don't squeeze too much directly onto the face, as liquid blush dries there and leaves spots.
  3. Blend up and out with fingertips or a brush, leaving no edges.
  4. Apply before powder — once powder is on, the cream texture won't grip.
