    Ever since this eyeliner arrived it has had no color at all — not even faint. No product comes to the tip. I don't understand why people gave it 4 stars

    I would never recommend it. Right out of the box I applied it to just one eye to try it, then it dried out and gave no more color. Also, even though I was very careful with it on the first use, the tip bent right away
