Sharpen the tip
Sharpen a clean tip with a sharpener: pointed for a thin line, slightly blunt for a thick one.

Line the upper lash line
Work outward from the inner corner with short strokes.

Move to the lower lash line
You can line the lower lash line with the same pencil, and the texture is the same in both areas.
