- Apply the pencil from the inner corner of the eye to the outer edge, following the lash roots.
- Don't draw the line in one stroke; draw three short segments along the lash line and connect them.
- Don't blink while applying to the waterline.
- The 13-hour formula is waterproof; remove it in the evening with an oil-based cleanser.
