How to Use: Dip the tip of the Alix Avien Eyeliner Brush or Small Angled Brush into the Dipliner. Wipe off excess on a tissue. Apply along the lash line, working quickly from inner to outer corner to create a precise eyeliner look. The Dipliner can also be used as a waterproof base for subsequent products like eyeshadow to intensify color or create a smoky makeup look.
